What will HIPS mean for me?
It is compulsory for every seller to provide to the purchaser a HOME INFORMATION PACK (HIP) which includes the title to the property, plans, local water and environmental searches and an Energy Performance Certificate at a cost of only £295 plus VAT.
HIPs should be prepared BY THE SELLER BEFORE THE PROPERTY IS MARKETED and we at Youngs will be able to provide clients with HIPs at this early stage of the transaction quickly and efficiently.
